All orders are processed within 5 BUSINESS days of receipt of order. We ship from stock or place your order with the manufacturer if it is not an in stock item. Please keep in mind that our inventory is always in flux and we do not keep large inventories of latex as it does not have a long shelf life and we want you to have the freshest products possible.
If anything will be out of stock for an extended period of time or is no longer available, we will e-mail you and get instructions from you for exchange or replacement or backorder approval. Any differences in actual shipping & handling costs and what the shopping cart software processes will be added to your credit card or reimbursed to you as a credit card credit. Special orders and closeout items are not exchangeable for any reason. Products with a LA prefix may take 10-21 days to get into stock. Reds, blues, whites and semi-transparents may take longer.
Our shipping calculator only figures shipping via UPS. We will issue a credit or charge additional for the difference between UPS and actual charges for shipments to PO boxes, overseas and APO addresses. We reserve the right to ship domestically via US Priority Mail. All international orders will be shipped via US Global Express Mail.
When providing your credit card information, we MUST have your billing name and address EXACTLY as it appears on your credit card statement.
If we do not have the correct billing information it will only delay your order. Different bill to and ship to addresses require additional confirmation and verification and we may require you to send us a fax with your billing and shipping information as well as your signature and a photo copy of your credit card. To save this additional process and the ensuing delay, please use PayPal for different bill to and ship to addresses. If your PayPal account is not a "verified" account, we may still require additional identification from you.
If you do not provide us with the correct billing address with your order and we have to e-mail you for it and reconfirm your credit card information, a $1 test charge will be processed against your credit card to confirm your correct billing information
All shipments will be made after verifying the items are in stock & ready to ship or ordered from the supplier. We process your credit card when you place your order with us and place the order with the respective vendors or manufacturers or ship directly from our own inventory. If you absolutely must have something by a certain date, give us a call and we will let you know if it is in stock or needs to be ordered and how long we expect the wait to be. Your credit card statement will show Internetwork Partners as the company you made your purchase from.
CANCELLED ORDERS
Once we receive your order your merchandise is removed from the shelves or ordered from the appropriate supplier or manufacturer. Cancelled orders result in someone not getting what they ordered or us ordering merchandise we do not need sitting on a shelf.
Cancelled orders FOR ANY REASON are subject to a 15% handling charge.
Internetwork Partners d/b/a Lavendars Latex Lair (www.L8tex.com) sells latex novelties and intimate latex fashions that cannot be accepted for refund, return or exchange,other than for defect(s) in manufacturing, due to various state, interstate and/or international laws. Please order carefully in regard to size and use our size charts. Latex fashions are meant to be revealing and relatively snug fitting.
All merchandise sold by us is warranteed to be free from defects in material or manufacturing. If you find a defect, e-mail us about it and we will let the manufacturer know and get a replacement on the way. After receiving e-mail confirmation from us, ship the defective merchandise back to us and we will send your replacement merchandise as soon as we receive the defective one back from you. No other warranty is offered or implied.
If there is a defect in manufacturing, we will happily replace any defective item. There are no returns, including exchanges for size on any latex items! This is a health code law in all 50 states and in most foreign countries.
We will not accept for credit or exchange any item returned without a RA or EA number issued by us.
